Welcome to Wildflower Massage & Bodywork! Please carefully read our Terms and Conditions before using our services or booking an appointment. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. General Information

  • Wildflower Massage & Bodywork is located at 300 Greenbrier Drive, Hinton, WV.

  • Our services include massage therapy, Reiki, energy healing, wellness classes, and other holistic treatments.

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and communicated as needed.

 

2. Appointments and Scheduling

  • Booking: Appointments can be made through our website, phone, or in-person. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next client. Full payment for the session is required.

 

3. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our website or during booking.

  • Gift certificates and prepaid packages must be presented at the time of the appointment and are non-refundable.

 

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • All services are non-refundable once rendered.

  • Refunds for unused prepaid services or gift certificates will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Products, such as herbal remedies and essential oils, may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in their original condition.

 

5. Health and Safety

  • Clients must complete an intake form before their first appointment to disclose any health conditions, allergies, or injuries.

  • Please inform your therapist of any changes in your health before each session.

  • Wildflower Massage & Bodywork reserves the right to refuse service if we determine it may pose a health risk to you or others.

 

6. Code of Conduct

  • Wildflower Massage & Bodywork provides professional, therapeutic services only. Inappropriate behavior or language will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.

  • Clients are expected to respect the privacy and professionalism of our therapists.

 

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • All services provided by Wildflower Massage & Bodywork are intended to promote relaxation and well-being. They are not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis.

  • Wildflower Massage & Bodywork is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs before, during, or after your session unless caused by negligence.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Any personal information collected during the booking process or sessions will be kept confidential and used solely for professional purposes.

  • We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
